What we collect

Your quiz answers, which include health information such as your weight, height and whether you use weight-loss injections, and your email address if you give it. We also record which quiz steps were viewed, without your answers.

Why

To build your plan summary, send it to you, and improve the quiz. We ask for your explicit consent before collecting health information.

Who sees it

Your answers are stored with our database provider. We do not send your quiz answers to advertising platforms and we do not sell your data.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors move through the site, such as clicks and scrolling, and it sets cookies to do this. The quiz and download pages are masked, so your answers and the text on those pages are not captured. Clarity is provided by Microsoft, which may process this data outside the UK. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
