What you are buying

The After Plan is a digital guide in PDF. It is general education about food and habits. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not cover medicine doses.

Payment

One-off payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Delivery and cancellation

Your files are available to download straight after payment. At checkout we ask you to agree to immediate delivery, which means you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. If something is wrong with your order, email us and we will put it right.

Your health

Speak to your prescriber, GP or pharmacist before changing your treatment, and if you feel unwell.
